Job Title: Head of Training

Requirement:
•   HND/B.Sc, MSc in Industrial relations, Management Psychology Marketing or Business Administration.
•   Possession of MBA or professional qualification in Training, Human capacity Building, Educational development with a minimum of 4 years experience in similar position.
•   Must be able to develop and manage study curriculum, supervise training and source clientele.

•   Self starter who is able to work without supervision.
•   Able to perform under pressure.
•   Strong interest in details/procedures.
•   Good interpersonal/attitude skills.
•   Excellent communication and reporting skills.
•   Organized/proactive personality.
