JOB SUMMARY:
•   Supports all procurement activities to ensure goods or services are delivered according to the Purchase Order or Contract terms. 
•   Responsible for all expediting activities to ensure delivery of the items and payment of the vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
o   1st degree from a reputable tertiary institution, (minimum of second class upper division)
o   Minimum of 2 years work experience, within a reputable and structured organization preferably an FCMG, Telecom, or Oil and Gas.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS PREFFERED:
o   Numeracy and Analytical skills
o   Organisation/Administration
o   Good Business Relationship Management
o   Good Oral & Written Communication
o   Good PC Skills (incl. MS Office)
o   Reporting & Presentation
