AEPB: Getting its groove back?

In a bid to reposition the Federal Capital Territory Administration, (FCTA), with a view to making Abuja, the nations capital, a model city for other African countries, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Senator Bala Mohammed recently made some far-reaching changes and reshuffling of his cabinet including some heads of department and agencies.
