RESOURCES OFFICER
Reference: HR0001

Objectives:
•To report to the Plant Human Resources Manager and provide support in general HR administration and Industrial relations

Responsibilities:
•Handling of Insurance Matters (Accident report and claim) and Workmen compensation
•Maintenance of staff data base

Candidate's Profile:
•2-3 years' relevant experience in an FMCG company
•B.Sc or HND degree in any Management or Social Science discipline from a reputable institution (Minimum 2nd class lower)
•Good organisation skills
•Good communication skills
•Ability to work with minimal supervision
•Computer literate
•Attention to detail
•Not more than 28 years old

HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEM OFFICER

Objective:
•To report to the Career Development Manager and be responsible for the Maintenance of all HR software

Responsibilities
•Anticipate HRIS system development needs
•Supervise specific projects handled by consultants

Candidate's Profile:
•B.Scor HND in Management or Social Sciences
•3-5 years' relevant experience in an FMCG company
•Must have flair for software and IT generally (Any IT certification will be an added advantage)

TECHNICAL TRAINING OFFICER

Objective:
•To report to the Learning and Development Manager and be responsible for the implementation of the technical training plan
•Provide support in conducting technical competency assessments and monthly reporting

Responsibilities:
•Preparation of training logistics
•Reconciliations with the Industrial Training Fund

Candidate's Profile:
•B.Sc or HND in any Engineering or Social Science discipline
•3-5 years' relevant experience in an FMCG company
•Good organisational skills

FIELD SALES MANAGERS

Objectives:
To report to the Regional Sales Manager and have the main responsibility of planning, organising and controlling sales activities to achieve given sales volume and price targets

Responsibilities:
•Estimate and forecast demand and its segmentation
•Customer relationship management
•Coordinate collection of payments and timely delivery of product in good condition
•Provision of structured information and regular reporting

MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Objectives:
•To report to the Plant Manager and have the responsibility of ensuring that all production equipment is in perfect working condition and available for use

Responsibilities:
•Define and implement procedures for preventive and predictive inspection of equipment
•Carry out feasibility studies and determine the capital expenditure necessary for improving the production process

Candidate's Profile:
•B.Se or HND degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related Engineering discipline from a reputable institution (Minimum 2nd class lower)
•10-12 years' relevant experience in a process industry
•Knowledge of general Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, of industrial automation and of automatic operation system
•In-depth knowledge of Computer Monitored Maintenance System (CMMS)

•To report to the Maintenance Manager and be summarily responsible for managing all maintenance operations in order to increase reliability factor, the efficiency and effectiveness of the mechanical maintenance team, and decrease the cost per tonne of production

Responsibilities:
•Define procedures in the field and ensure they are implemented
•Contribute to/participate in the short/long term investment plans concerning the plant

Candidate's Profile:
•BSc or HND degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institution
(Minimum 2nd class lower)
•6-8 years' relevant experience in a process industry
•Good coordination skills
•Leadership and team working skills
•Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
•Good knowledge of Engineering codes and standards
•Good knowledge of safety rules applied to maintenance

INSTRUMENTATION MANAGER

Objectives:
•To report to the Maintenance Manager and have the major responsibility of studying recurring problems of equipment reliability and to proffer solutions
•To manage and improve instrumentation maintenance procedures and methods
•To ensure that Maintenance practices comply with Group standards

Responsibilities:
•Monitor the equipment daily and provide structured feedback for recording of data for
analysis and reference
•Assist in carrying out Root Cause Failure Analysis

Candidate's Profile:
•BSc or HND Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a reputable institution (Minimum 2nd class lower)
•8-10 years' experience in Electrical, Instrumentation and Control, preferably in a process industry company
•Good knowledge of Maintenance Engineering
•Good knowledge of safety rules applied to Maintenance
•Good knowledge of quality management systems
•Good communication skills
•Performance oriented
•Analytical
•Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Not more than 35 years old

ELECTRICAL MANAGER

Objectives:
•To report to the Maintenance Manager and have the responsibility of improving the reliability factor of electrical equipment and supply the Electrical energy required by the Company respecting the level of efficiency, effectiveness, quality and the cost per tonne

Responsibilities:
•BSc or HND Degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution (Minimum 2nd class lower)
•8-10 years' relevant experience in a heavy industrial/manufacturing company
•Problem solving skills for electrical machines
•Computer literacy
•Ability to participate in the installation of software equipment and machines
•Good knowledge of safety rules applied to maintenance.
•Analytical and self motivated
•Ability to work with little or no supervision
•Good communication and team working skills
•Not more than 35 years old
