Objectives of the Job:
•     Lead and manage all project deliveries in RSSA
•    Provides an organizational structure, strategic direction and leadership/motivation to facilitate an efficient and focused operation, allowing the company to meet its commitments towards   customers and financial objectives.
•    Build resources with field services capabilities according to NRO assignments and drive synergies in order to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
•    Builds relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers and partners.
•    Continuously seek to develop and deploy the most cost effective solutions for field services required to fulfill customer contracts

Reaponsibilities:
•   Act interface towards the respective Accounts in the country of operation for all filed services delivery issues.
•   Prepare IFS and ASP readiness and delivery strategy based on customer units' forecasts.
•   Ensure that the best practices are used and that the organization makes continuous use and improvement of the processes and tools resulting in the reduction of the cost of operations with high efficiency and effectiveness.
•   Promotes teamwork in positive working environment

The Manager Implementation and Field Services shall maintain a professional and healthy relationship with:
•   PO Manager in the CU
•   MSIP organisation
•   Sourcing and Supply Managers in the CU
•   Customer Organization
•   NRO Sweden on all QASIS issues
 
Qualifications:
•   Have a University education within Telecommunication, Information Technology and Electronics or similar.
•   8 + years experience in a Senior Network Operation Management position
•   Proven record in leading large Operational organization, preferably CTO position

Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
