Consumer Banking: Banking Associates Programme

About the Programme
Our new and exciting 12-month programme will offer you six broad and comprehensive rotations within Operations, Credit Risk, Products, Re-engineering, Support Function and Branch Sales.

Relationship Manager role
Once you've completed the year of rotations and Consumer Banking training, you can expect to move into a branch role as a Relationship Manager serving the Personal Banking customer segment or Small Business customer segment.

This three-year role will see you build relationships with customers and will give you all the critical skills and knowledge we believe you'll need as you make your way towards becoming one of our general managers in the future.
