Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Port-Harcourt, Rivers State

Requirement:
•   Candidate will report to the MD,
•   Provides administrative assistance to the Managing Director and other company officer as required or as requested including typing, transcription and information research.
•   Drafts memos, financial and other reports as appropriate.
•   Makes arrangements and assists with executive management meetings, conferences and board of directors meetings.
•   Responsible for processing mail, answering phones and arranging MD's daily/weekly/monthly/yearly diary, activities and schedules.
•   Coordinates all travel arrangements for the Managing director; makes flight, hotel and car rental reservation in accordance with company policies and to obtain most economical and efficient travel rates.
•   Attending to visitors of the MD.
•   A good University degree/higher diploma in any field.
•   At least 3 years experience.
•   Masters is an added advantage.
•   must be male between the ages of 30-40
•   Must possess Good oral communication skills.
