Rivers: Church excommunicates bishop

The Christ Army Church of Nigeria (CACN) has wielded the sledgehammer on Rt. Rev. E.A. Richard (rtd) by excommunicating him from the church. This was contained in a letter dated November 9, 2011 and signed by Ven. E.U.L. Obialo, Secretary of CACN synod addressed to Richard, who was the former Diocesan Bishop.
