Requirements:

• Minimum      Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology or equivalent Diploma      in Brewing (IBD)
• Two      years experience in Brewing or related field at line management
• Understanding      of process control within a brewing/process environment
• Assertive      and analytical Proven leadership ability
• Good      understanding of the principles and practices of Manufacturing      Excellence
