Job Title: Performance Manager (Service And Delivery)

Location: Lagos

Oragnisation: Office For Transformation, Strategy and Delivery (OTSD)

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

•   Develop policies and guidelines on service delivery targets across all MDAs and bureau

•   Develop and implement policies and activities to facilitate the introduction of service charters across the public sector

•   Commission training programmes across MDAs to enable the facilitation of service delivery targets and service charter

•   Build public awareness of service delivery targets and public consultation in setting targets and measuring performance

•   Identify and introduce short term/quick wins to enhance service delivery.

•   Provide guidance on process steps to strengthen management of service levelagreements within MDAs.

•   Track the contracting processes to identify processes and system failure in order to improve the State's contraction processes

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

•   Master's degree in any social science discipline

•   Over 7 years' experience working as an organizational development manager with bias to public sector

•   Be able to evaluate, adapt and apply new approaches and technologies to improve service delivery

 

Additional Requirement:

•   Proficient in the use of computers

•   Good communication (written and oral)

•   Good interpersonal skills, and team players

•   Ability to work under pressure; and can work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
