Job Title: Project Engineer

The Role:

•   To manage all construction activities on building projects with contractors form initial site investigation to final completion.

•   To ensure that the project scope is delivered in accordance with overall program plans, design, specification quality and budget constraint.

•   To ensure that the most efficient and well assured construction solutions are employed at all times.

The Person:

•   HND or Higher degree in building engineering or construction.

•   At least 7 years experience in building construction, 3 of which must have been with a major building firm.

•   Experience in material specification and management, quality analysis and estimation.

•   Experience in the use of Spreadsheet, AutoCAD and Microsoft project software.

•   Must be between 25 and 40 years.
