Job Title: Secretary / Customer Care Officer

Location: Lagos.

Job Objective: Managing administration duties and customer enquiries/queries

Responsibilities:

•   Managing administration duties

•   Providing excellent customer services to all the customers

•   Answering all inbound calls and making outbound calls

•   Handling general and management meetings

•   Responding promptly to Help Desk Inbox emails and provide accurate solutions for customers queries

•   Taking responsibility, handling and resolving customer complaint's

•   Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, comments and complaints

•   Communicating and coordinating with internal departments

•   Communicating ideas and helping find solutions for departmental issues

Requirements:

•   B.SC/HND in Arts/Social sciences at least Second class lower division/ upper credit.

•   Work Experience 2years minimum.

•   Age not more than 30years.

•   Proficiency in the use of Ms Office and Ms Work.

Additional Requirement: •   Relevant Professional qualifications will be considered •   Professionalism, dynamism and resourcefulness will be added advantage. Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for written and oral test/interview.
