Job Description:

• To liase with the External Vendor and Card Centre Hub to maintain the daily work flow for  card production through daily tracking of Service level Agreements on card production. To receive a daily report from the Card Centre Hub detailing processed card as requested by branches and ensure same is personalised and dispatched to branches within SLA.

• To Liase with the External Card production vendor on personalization of debit cards within SLA.

•  Manage the card production process end to end. Responsible for all card production activities, including production TAT, card losses and replacement, defective cards, customer service and inquiry.

•  To ensure timely and measured resolution of all queries originating from the branches.

• To manage Card stock reconciliation & re-order of SCB designed plastic cards.

• To participate in monthly Surprise Card Count at Vendor Site

•  Ensure e-mail advices are sent to branches for all dispatched cards.

•  Handle all card reconciliation issues between card production Team in Ghana & personalized cards received from external vendors.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure all requests for card production from the branches are processed promptly in accordance with agreed service levels.

• Maintain accurate and up to date records of all card production and distribution.

• Ensure acknowledgements are received for all cards sent to the branches and that such acknowledgments are documented and held on file.

• Ensure all customer queries and complaints regarding card production and operation are logged and resolved timely.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Degree qualification in relevant field.

2. Strong inter-personal skills.

3. Effective communication skills

In compliance with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Act of 2004, all applicants should ensure that they have completed the mandatory NYSC programme. A discharge certificate will be required as evidence of completion of the programme. Where an exemption has been granted, a certificate of exemption will also be required.
