Job Title: Field Project Manager

Location: Lagos

Person's Specification
The Field Project Manager's position is a middle level management position that requires the best fit candidate to have the following:
- First Degree/HND in Social Sciences/Management/Engineering/Planning
- Post Graduate degree(MBA) would be an advantage
- Project management experience is a requirement
- Field management experience is an added advantage
- Must have at least (3) three years post experience in either
- Project/Operations Management/Field Research
- Mature with great organisational skills
- Should have sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project is an added advantage
- Be personable with great initiative and high level integrity
- Must have good communication skills
- Can work with minimum supervision

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the spectrum of projects and reporting field matters
- Plan and execute specific project timelines .
- Scheduling of tasks and routing of research instruments across the country
- Collating and reporting of projects progress at their various life cycle stages
- Analyse, track and evaluate project portfolios
- Collate and write field technical reports on projects
- Manage cost profile of projects and evaluate cost benefit analysis of the various projects
- Develop and monitor project itinerary/schedules
- Project appraisal and performance evaluation, and monitoring of field resources .
- Develop and manage field project costing
