Job Details:

•   Receives, stores and issues items;

•   Compiles records of stock transactions;

•   Places order for stock replenishment

•   Verifies supplies with requisitions and invoices;

•   Participates in inventory count.

The person:

•   Ability to shelve, store and distribute materials;

•   Good communication skills;

•   Organisational and record keeping skills;

•   Basic use of an ERP or any other related software;

•   Knowledge in basic bookkeeping

•   Should be keen to details;

•   Physically fit.

Qualification:

•   OND in Purchasing and Supply Management , Accounting or certificate in Purchasing and Store Supervision.

•   5 O' level credits including Mathematics & English Language  in not more than 2 sittings.

Experience:

•   Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.

•   Knowledge of established material handling.

•   Knowledge of inventory controls procedures.
