UGHELLI-SENATE of the National Association of Delta State Students, NADESSTU, has issued a 72 hours ultimatum to the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC to revert its decision of paying students' bursary through Students Union Government, SUG.
