Description: The ideal candidate would develop and implement human capital development strategies for the group in line with the business.

Principal Accountabilities & Skills:

•   Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, manpower planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and learning and development

•   Must have experience in managing over 300 employees in multiple countries.

•   Must have been in the driving seat for human capital development strategies in similar employees sized company

•   Minimum of Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development with over 10 years experience of which 5 years is a HR lead in a medium size organization
