In keeping with promising less and delivering more, I promised revival of our railways. If you live near tracks, you may have noticed that promise is now a reality. Trains are now gradually getting back on tracks. We met a rail service requesting attention and gave it support. It is the same way that we will bring life to every sector in Nigeria with your help.

Yesterday I unveiled a detailed Gas Agenda which set out in detail our plans to revolutionise our Gas sector making it more profitable than the Oil sector by ending gas flaring and using gas to power our Generating plants, produce Fertiliser and provide affordable gas for domestic use to Nigerians. We must use what we have to get the ...jobs we want.

As I said at the Grand Finale Rally hours ago in Abuja, I pledge my personal commitment to the upliftment of Nigeria and her citizens. As we approach the election, let me restate that neither my ambition, nor the ambition of any Nigerian is worth the blood of any youth. All my kids are in Nigeria and what I do not wish for them I do not wish for your kids. Vote your conscience but shun entreaties to violence.

Recently, I laid out my goals for Nigeria when it comes to the most important issues like women's rights, our economy, foreign policy and our oil& gas sectors. However, as I have said before, Nigeria's future lies in your hands. Please visit the website, comment, and give your ideas for how we can address these issues: goodluck.org.ng/issues. I am here to listen and continue to engage in dialogue with you.

When we sing our National Anthem and say "the labours of our heroes past shall never be in vain", I want our youths to know that those words are true and be motivated to be like those heroes which is why this administration has named the new Foreign Affairs ministry building after Alhaji Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, Nigeria's first indigenous Foreign Affairs minister and later Prime Minister.

As we approach April's elections, I want Nigerians to know that these elections are not a do or die affair to me which is why I have vowed to crack down on riggers even if they attempt to rig for me. Almighty God is no respecter of persons. He made us all and so He loves us all. Therefore vote as your conscience directs not on the basis of ethnicity. Nigeria is one nation under God.

I appointed the best minds to manage our economy, provided unprecedented funding to Manufacturers, increased Power Generation and stabilized Banks via the Asset Management Company of Nigeria (AMCON) all of which resulted in an 8.29% GDP growth and recognition from trading partners (most notably The U.K.) that Nigeria is now the world..

We are at the verge of choosing our leaders starting tomorrow. And as you go out to vote, think Nigeria. One Nigeria. But above all things vote your conscience and shun all entreaties to violence. As much as it depends on me and the Federal Government I vow to every Nigerian citizen that your vote will count and be counted and our security forces will be used for you not against you, so help me God.

I want to assure Nigerians that crude oil is not our 'Black Gold'. The real 'Black Gold' of Nigeria are her people and they can grow in value from gold to diamond via education. That is why in the history of Nigeria NO OTHER administration has budgeted the amount we have allocated to the sector. Nigeria is not going to grow rich from oil. Rather it is an educated people that will make us a wealthy nation.

I appeal to all participants to allow the unfortunate events that led to the postponement of the elections bring out the statesmen in them. I sincerely urge all actors to resist the temptation to politicise an issue of great national significance. Now is the time to project patriotism not partisanship. I give my support to Chairman Jega and his team and I am convinced they can do the right thing for Nigeria
