The Eccles Scholarship is designed to attract international students of high calibre to pursue graduate  at the John Curtain School of Medical Research at Australian National University (ANU)

Field of Study: Medical Sciences

Value: A$22,500 (2010 rate) per annum, tax free paid in fortnightly instalments plus payment of the annual tuition fees

Other Benefits: Travel to Canberra from within Australia; reimbursement of some removal expenses; thesis reimbursement allowance

Duration: Three years full-time with a possible six month extension.
