Job Title: Chief Security Officer

Location: Lagos

Requirement:

•   The ideal candidate shall oversee the day to day running of the organization's security team.

•   He shall provide the required structure to ensure security of lives and property within the organization, in line with the strategic vision of the Board of Directors.

•   A first degree in Sociology, Criminology and Deviant Behaviour or any relevant discipline.

•   A post-graduate degree in any Social Sciences will be an added advantage.

•   Ensures that all risks associated with the company's operation are proactively identified and mitigated at all times.

•   Professional Certificate in Security Administration.

•   Minimum of 10 years cognate experience of which a minimum of 5 years must have been in management position.

•   Good leadership skills, interpersonal skills with excellent track record of measurable results in Safety and Security.
