MTN To Deploy WiFi Solution In Federal University of Technology, Minna

MTN Nigeria Communication Limited has made a presentation to the Management of The Federal University of Technology, Minna, on its intention to deploy Wireless Technology (WIFI) as a solution for high-speed internet around identified hotspot areas within the two campuses to complement the internet services the University has on ground. This was stated in the Campus News, The News bulletin of The Federal University of Technology, Minna, Published by Information & Publications Unit,

According to the Service Manager, Mr. Michael Hussaini with a minimum price, WIFI gives access to the internet anywhere at any time without using wires.

Responding, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) thanked the MTN official for the presentation and enjoined MTN to forward detailed documents on the proposal to the Management for consideration.
