The Company, a leader in its industry, requires an individual with good interpersonal skills, strong technical ability and exceptional leadership skills.

The Chief Financial Officer will drive and support the sustainable growth and profitability of the company. If you have over 15yrs of experience in Corporate Finance, Audit, Accounting, Budget, Cost & Credit Control, Forecasting and Treasury and exceptional presentation and communication skills, dynamic personality, and good interpersonal relationship skills – then you are the right person.

The person who will be most successful and happiest in this position: is a strong, financial executive from the energy or construction sector; has 5-10 years experience as a CFO or the equivalent; is fully conversant with Financial Structuring, Funds Management, Finalization of Contracts &Taxation; has experience in arranging Project Finance for various Projects as well as Business Expansions and Joint Ventures; can handle the strong dialogue that often accompanies such discussions. So a pretty tough person; is tactfully aggressive, adaptive, well organized, and dependable, with strong oral and written communication skills; has closed multiple deals in the power or construction sectors. Big firm public accounting, construction, and family owned business experience all considered pluses. CPA and/or MBA preferred.
