•   Second Class (upper division) in Estate Management from a reputable university or an upper credit for HND holders.

•   Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•   Computer literacy.

•   Demonstrable experience of not less than 5 years in handling similar responsibility in estate management firm.

•   To co-ordinate all business development and research activities required to provide necessary information to support business decision.

•   Proactively coordinating projects and acting as the central point of contact for the firm.
