Description:
Establish and enforce IEL's policies and procedures governing workplace rules and conduct, ensuring fairness and consistency in the treatment of employees, promoting effective communications between managers and employees, administering the Company's complaint resolution processes, leading investigations around inappropriate workplace behavior and policy violations, counseling managers and employees around performance improvement issues, and providing fair employment practice training.

Qualifications:
•   Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field and/or equivalent combination of experience.
•   Advanced degree or similar a plus.
•   A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience with a minimum of 6 years of employee relations experience, or comparable experience in labor and employment law.
•   Ability to travel on short notice required.
