Job Description:
•   Lead the engineering design and construction unit for high voltage substations, including personnel management, hiring and retaining staff, oversee revenue and profitability
•   Develop and promote business opportunities including marketing the firm to new and existing clients
•   Design high voltage substation, transmission and distribution systems
•   Order materials, and coordinate construction activities

Requirements
•         BS Civil Engineering 
•         10 to 15 years experience with an Electrical Utility or EPC firm
•         Experience leading an engineering design and construction unit for high voltage substations, including personnel management, hiring and retaining staff, oversee revenue and profitability
•         Experience developing and promoting business opportunities including marketing to new and existing clients
•         Excellent customer relations and communications skills are a MUST
