Description:
Ensure we have the right people in the right positions with the right skills. Lead programs and initiatives related to talent acquisition and development including recruitment, leadership and management development, succession planning, talent management, performance management and high potential tracking including the development of talent metrics.

Qualifications:
•   Bachelor's degree required in HR, OD or business-related field. Advanced degree preferred.
•   5-7 years experience in a senior level HR role, expert knowledge in performance management and succession planning processes, strong ability to communicate with and influence senior management on issues of organizational development and talent management.
