Purpose of job:

•   The Collector is the main driver to collect payments before or on due date in order to contribute to Ericsson's cash flow.

•   The Collector is continuously following up on resolution of collection issues/disputes with both internal stakeholders and the customer.

•   All collection activities aim to ensure that outstanding invoices are paid in time and future business is not jeopardize.

Responsibilities:

•   Initiate and document periodic review meeting

•   Continuous follow-up both internally and externally

•   Analyze and support resolution of disputes

•   Advice to the Treasury & Credit manager on payment terms and credit limits for (new) customers

•   Provide comments/add value knowledge to decided standard reports and KPI's

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent

Required experience:

•   Experience in Collection and understand the details of the Proactive Cash Collection process within Ericsson

•   Knowledgeable in Treasury and Credit management practices

•   Required competencies

•   Technical competence

•   SAP or any other approved global financial system

•   Business Warehouse (BW)

•   MS Office Applications

•   Eridoc
