Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Perform routine clerical and administrative functions that are focused on supporting one individual or a small group of similar individuals (e.g. Sales personal, faculty).

•   Word processing, drafting correspondence, appointment scheduling, organizing work schedules, setting up filling systems (paper and electronic), telephone answering, call screening, visitor greeting to mention a few.

Qualification and Experience:

•   Degree in Secretarial Administration and penchant for working in that field.

•   A minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience in FMCG and telecommunication coy.
