Job Title: AGM, Operation

Requirement:

•   First degree from a recognized tertiary institution.

•   Must be a registered Quantity Surveyor, Architect or Civil/Structural Engineer.

•   Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage.

•   Competence in all aspect of Town Planning laws, Building design, Quantity Surveying including construction standards.

•   Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly as well as interpreting and presenting recommendation to the board.

•   Extensive knowledge appropriate for designing and implementing business plans and strategies in a real estate development and management industry.

•   Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, 5 of which must be in a top management position in a recognized firm.
