Zenith Bank’s exploitation

Most people like myself welcomed the introduction of cash-less Lagos but my experience of these few days with Zenith Bank is shocking. I did a few transaction from my account to someone's Zenith Bank account, but the charges I got were killing! The Central Bank of Nigeria should defend the citizens against this exploitation in our own country.
