Sales Trainers - Abuja and Lagos

Our client, an international training solutions provider, seeks Sales Trainers (11), who will based in Nigeria. The Sales Trainer will be reporting to the Regional Manager – Sales and will manage operations at state/province/zonal level. Must have ability to enhance knowledge and skills of the sales personnel so that they are competent and meet the defined business metrics. Duties will include training delivery, knowledge evaluation, and on the field coaching of sales personnel, customization of content as per the business and people requirement of the country.

Must possess a graduate or postgraduate degree; 5-7 yrs sales experience with at least 2 yrs Telecom experience. Knowledge of local language is a must.
