Job description – Assist in the preparation of the technical and budget prognosis of seismic processing programmes.  – Assist in the establishment of complete scope of work to be included in Call For Tenders and contracts. – Assist in the handling of CFT evaluation and Recommends to the Government authorities the appropriate contractors. – Participate to the full monitoring of seismic processing, QC of tests/production and Ensure good reporting. – Participate in associated day to day activities in Geophysics Operations Department. – Ensure that turnaround and budget are respected for each project. – Assist in the preparation and handling of Call out contracts established for processing and reprocessing  – Assist in the bench marking and ranking of local processing contractors in terms of technical capacities and staff competence. – Make regular contacts with geophysicists form different Assets on ongoing projects. – Make contact with HQ in terms of technical advice, updating technologies and applications. – Update the Geophysical database and carries out internal and external (partners) reporting as required. – Reports regularly and Discuss decisions with the Geophysics Operations Manager of all processing projects that he handles. – - The incumbent is expected to work in close contact with other Geosciences entities (Operations Geology and Geophysics, Reservoir Geology and Geophysics, Reservoir Engineering) and drilling departments for preparation of future wells and monitoring of on-going operations.

Education: Relevant BSc or MSc degree

Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience on operational and technical grounds
