PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Overseeing Stanbic IBTC's Project Finance Department.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

•   Directly responsible for originating, structuring and executing client projectsand acquisitions, divestitures and financial advisory mandates handled by the Bank.

•   This requires networking with prospective and current clients, and maintaining regular interface with the regulators.  

•   Actively participating in industry advocacy and sector interest groups that cover Telecoms, Energy, Construction e.t.c.

QUALIFICATION:

•   First degree from a reputable university (minimum, second class upper)

•   Masters in Finance or relevant professional qualification.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

At least 8 Years Project Finance experience, spanning origination, structuring and execution of Financial advisory, Mergers and acquisitions and investment portfolio management.
