Listed below are some of the key responsibilities required for this role:

•   Manage the tendering process and be able to take project from initiation to closeout.

•   To be accountable for all aspects of the WorleyParsons contract. Delivering the project to the satisfaction of the client and WorleyParsons Management team.

•   Provide leadership in all areas of Health Safety and Environmental issues.

•   Ambassador for WorleyParsons.

•   Deliver engineering solutions to meet contract needs.

•   Contract and subcontract management.

•   JV management where applicable.

•   Direction and leadership for all project functions including regulatory matters, procurement, controls, construction and quality.

•   Management of change (including negotiation)

•   Manage project risk.

•   Leading WorleyParsons in co-ordination with other contractors, 3rd parties and client's partners.

•   Able to intepret client goals and objectives and align with WorleyParsons objectives.

•   Customer orientated individual.

•   Able to work within a team environment with excellent leadership and communication and problem solving skills.

•   Must have strong communication skills with Peers and Client and understand the modern EPC work process, including workshare.

The successful candidate must have experience in the below:

•   Overseas projects

•   Lump sum projects

•   New build FPSO

•   Detailed design

The following qualification or experience would be preferred:

•   Chartered Engineer or equivalent.

•   Exposure to large project P and L accountability.

•   Planning and budgeting skills.
