An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Consultant to provide professional consultancy and research services to existing clients, help develop new business and be an active and effective team member.

The Role:

•   The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, implementing and marketing the Consultancy and Research business to support the overall strategic aims and objectives of the organization.  In addition, you will provide expert consultancy services on HR Strategic Development, Organisational and Change Management, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Compensations and Benefits, etc.

•   You will also manage a wide range of research projects alongside the research team, employing different research methodologies whilst ensuring that these projects are conducted within a set time frame to meet policy requirements.

•   Achievement of revenue targets will be part of this job.

Skills/Qualification/Experience:

•   Your profile will reflect a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in human resources, business development and marketing, excellent use of qualitative and quantitative research methods with the ability to prepare and present reports to director level.  Excellent influencing, persuading and negotiating skills are essential requirements of this role.

•   A degree in humanities or any other social sciences and a professional membership of CIPM or its equivalent is required.
