Job Title: Cost & Management Accountant

Requirement:

•   HND/B.Sc, ACA, ACCA, CPA.

•   3-5 years experience.

•   Quick book & Elite software knowledge/proficiency.

Job Description:

•   Monitoring, procurement & Logistics of supply of Diesel, Cement, Kerosene.

•   Monitoring & purchase of other construction materials.

•   Preparation of site by site quarterly production reports.

•   Billing of vendors.

•   Job Costing, evaluation and monitoring.

•   Maintenance & update of fixed asset register.

•   Advising renewal of company fleets of vehicles.

•   Maintenance of schedules of insurances policies & renewals.

•   Entering of fixed assets into the account register.

•   Maintenance of rent schedule and renewals.

•   Vetting of requests and cost control.

•   Maintains and effective filing system of documents.

•   Reports to the Financial Controller.

•   Inventory Management & Year's end.

•   Stock taking.
