Eligibility: All Applicants must:

-Be citizens or permanent residents of an OAS member country, except the United States

-Hold at least a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent

-Have work experience in related field

-Possess basic computer and internet skills

-Have good command of English; applicants for whom English is not the first or native language should submit one of the following to verify English proficiency:

-An official transcript verifying completion of studies in an English speaking university in the last five years

-A test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a score of 570 or higher for the paper based test.

Scholarship Description: The General Secretariat of the Organization of American States (GS/OAS) and eCornell are offering partial tuition scholarships 1The 13 top selected candidates will receive US$2,200 tuition scholarships. Scholarship recipients will have to cover the remaining tuition cost in the amount of $1,100 2. The remaining candidates that meet eCornell's criteria for enrollment will receive US$1,100 tuition scholarships by eCornell for any of the programs listed in section 1.1. of this announcement. Scholarship recipients will have to cover the remaining tuition cost in the amount of $2,200.   to qualified candidates of the Americas to further their education through the online certificate programs
