Requirement:

•   Must have Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences.

•   MBA would be an added advantage.

•   Must be an expert in advertising analysis.

•   Possess exceptional ability to develop advertising results in business financial modeling and business reports.

•   Must be a registered member of APCON.

•   Must be between the age of 40-50 years.

Description:

•   Manage the operations, human and financial assets of the agency.

•   Achieve budgeted financial goals and grow the agency's revenue share.

•   Lead agency pitches to prospective clients and grow agency top line revenue.

•   Manage and control sales revenue by developing strong relationships with clients.

•   Develop non-traditional revenue sources.

•   Meticulously execute and manage every communication element of advertising and marketing.
