Alliance Manager is responsible for business development with Independent Software Vendors (ISV), Systems Integrators and Consultants to drive sustainable business growth according to annual local targets (revenue and profitability) by managing the relationship between IBM and the top ISV's/SI/Consultants within CEWA region, as defined. To drive short and long term planning processes, by doing gap analysis in the market. Build capability and sales competence regarding IBM industry solution knowledges. Establish technical and implementation capabilities within the ISV/SI/Consultants. Alliance Manager help focus and manage Business Development to ensure profitable growth to ensure sustainability and capturing of market share within Africa.

Required:                                 

•   Bachelor's Degree

•   At least 5 years experience in Professional knowledge of channels management

•   At least 5 years experience in sales processes and marketing functions

•   At least 5 years experience in managing the relationship with the top ISV's within CEWA region

•   English: Fluent                           

Preferred:                                 

•   Master's Degree

•   At least 8 years experience in Professional knowledge of channels management

•   At least 8 years experience in sales processes and marketing functions

•   At least 8 years experience in managing the relationship with the top ISV's within CEWA region
