Job description:

Customer management system administration. Ensuring the system is fully accessible by customer care agents i.e call center and shops, user deletions and additions, application and oracle database health check and maintenance, server resources and capacity management. Prepaid sim card activations. Ensuring sim cards are activated in time for the distribution to the market. Manual top ups, performing bulk manual top ups as requested by the customer service department. Administration of all other prepaid related systems and applications (Simswap, Loyalty management system). Ensuring applications are fully accessible to all customer care outlets, managing users and server resources. Database administration and health check for the prepaid applications, oracle for cms and db2 for simswap application. Performing backups for all prepaid applications and ensuring continuity in terms of crisis. Reporting weekly and daily on performance of prepaid systems i.e recharges, IN provisioning, and simswaps

Required:                                 

•   Bachelor's Degree

•   At least 3 years experience in OCA, LPI, MCSE,

•   At least 3 years experience in Billing Administration

•   At least 3 years experience in Applications like LMS, CMS and simswap

•   At least 3 years experience in Roles like manual top ups and sim activations

•   English: Fluent                                 

Preferred:                              

•   Information Technology

•   At least 5 years experience in OCA, LPI, MCSE,

•   At least 5 years experience in Billing Administration

•   At least 5 years experience in Applications like LMS, CMS and simswap

•   At least 5 years experience in Roles like manual top ups and sim activations
