Job Description:

My client a new to open 5* hotel in Lagos, Nigeria, is looking for an Executive Chef for their property. Overseeing the culinary operations of all outlets, including a pool side bar, all day dining and a Chinese restaurant, as well as various banqueting facilities, you will be in charge of menus, costing and training of the culinary team.

The ideal candidate will have/ be:

•   High level of people/coaching skills

•   Creative and open minded

•   Outgoing personality and socializing skills

•   Visible and "hands on" in operation

•   Strong commercial flair, knowledge and interest

•   Extensive international experience in branded hotels

•   Experience in high-end city operation with multi unit F&B and large C&B

•   Experience in emerging markets/ similar hard locations

•   Pre opening experience a plus
