Job Title: Head, Operations & IT

The Role:
•   Articulate and implement a business plan for the group
•   Ensure the business of the bank is facilitated through the use of technology for the delivery of superior customer service in line with corporate objectives and goals
•   Maximize the bank's competitive advantage with strict adherence to laid down policies and procedures and conform with regulatory guidelines
•   Ensure continuous improvement of operations through deployment of leading edge technologies that efficiently and effectively support the bank's business

Qualifications:
•   Good technology related university degree preferably in Computer Science/Electrical Electronics Engineering or Numeric Science.
•   Masters qualification will be an advantage
•   Certification in Cisco series examinations will be an added advantage

Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 10 years cognate Operations & IT experience, 5 years demonstrated in technical role with managerial experience.
