Job Title: Team Member, Operations & IT

The Role:
•   Develop and implement a business unit plan that facilitates the delivery of quality products and excellent customer service delivery across the bank's branch network , including cash centers and Implant service.
•   Develop and sustain a customer-focused service delivery organisation

Minimum Experience:
•   Minimum of 3 years experience in a bank/ financial institution.
•   Experience in banking operations will be an added advantage

Qualification:
•   First degree in any Business related discipline.
•   Masters in Business Administration or Banking & Finance and professional qualification will be an added advantage
