Required Qualification and qualities:  – A graduate with a management degree preferably.  – A minimum of 7 years experience in managing retail business with proven results.  – Excellent leadership and networking skill is a must.  – Self motivated and number / target orientation.  – Must have the fire in the belly and "Can Do" attitude  – MBA and/or other post graduate business qualification will be an added advantage

General Responsibilities:  – Day to Day operations of the Centre.  – Running the Centre as a profit Centre.
