Job Description:

•   Due to the increased scope of our business and activities in our core business we seek to hire a brilliant chap to set up and coordinate a corporate finance Department. We seek candidate with cognate prior experience in similar position  with all but not limited to these qualities:

•   With good understanding of capital markets and financial securities.

•   Experience in equity, hybrid or debt instruments either in a corporation, investment bank or investor relations firm

•   Experience in international trade, finance, function of reputable organization especially in the financial services sector.

•   Good understanding of capital markets and financial investment securities.

•   Must have functioned in similar role at a managerial level or as a team lead.

•   Possess ability to structure corporate finance deals

Liaise with the Securitiesand Exchange commission

Desired Skills & Experience:

•   Must possess at least  5 years experience as an investment analyst or in investment banking  

•   A first degree in (Economics,Business management or Maths & statistics)

•   Professional qualification in CFA, CIS is added advantage
