Funny Joke: Lunatic

i visited a psychiatric hospital 2weeks ago and when i got there i could see that all patients were lunatic but surprisingly,one very patient surprised me by answering all my questions very well and when i asked why they said he's lunatic,he answered me by tapping his head saying...Brother,all dat i told u were straight from the kidney here(pointing on his head).
