Job Title: Facility Manager (Real Estate)

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities:

•   Provide supervisory leadership for staff of the Facility

•   The Supervisor is accountable to the Property Manager for leasing (long-term and temporary) of shops in the facility.

•   The Supervisor will be involved in the negotiation of contracts

•   Budgeting and monthly financial analysis and reporting Tenant and public relations, and operational issues; all with the goal of maximizing the asset value of the property.

•   In addition, the Supervisor will also be involved in the development and implementation of the mall marketing program and community public relations. Developing an Annual Event Calendar

•   Responsible for on site management of Events.

•   Enhancing facility ambience

Qualifications/Experience:

•   Minimum of 2 years experience in shopping centre management/related management.

•   Candidates should have OND or HND in Building Technology, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

•   Have flair for marketing, real estate (teasing), property management and/or retail management.

•   Understanding of business administration principles

•   Possess superior communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of human relations skills.

•   Proficient in applicable software (Word, Excel PowerPoint)

•   Strong organization and supervisory skills.

•   Candidate should be creative, having good communication skills; experience in handling Mall operations in previous assignments would be a bonus.
