Cahill over injury pain, forgives Mertens

England defender Gary Cahill has said he has put the "nightmare" of missing UEFA EURO 2012 behind him, as well as forgiving Belgian international Dries Mertens, who the Chelsea defender feels didn't intend to injure him.
