Funny Joke: Phone call

Some souls were in hell and they were allowed to make phone calls. The first was an Indian, he made his call and was charged $500 for 5mins.The second, an American was also charged $500 for 5mins.The third a Nigerian made his call for 3hrs and was charged just $20 dollars!. The others were annoyed and protested vehemently.
The angel explained to them that the others made international calls while the Nigerian made a local call!
