The Person:

•   6 to 10 years of experience in design and execution of projects in offshore oil & gas facilities.

•   Experience associated with the design and vendors engineering follow-up of rotating equipment (such as pumps, compressors, steam turbines, gas turbines, etc.) and handling gear in accordance with client requirements, codes, standards, etc.

•   Experience holding positions as a lead discipline engineer on a large project and/or several smaller projects at detail engineering phase.

Qualifications Required:

•   Ideal candidates will hold an engineering degree or diploma. Conversant with international codes and standards and engineering practices in the industry, among others API code related to rotating equipment.

•   Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English, essential. Must be eligible to reside and work in Nigeria.

The Role:

•   CCL has been requested by a major international contractor to provide experienced Senior Mechanical Engineers for the detailed engineering of FPSO topsides project based in Lagos.

•   Single status, rotation 5 weeks on / 1 week off / 6 working days a week.

•   Travel as required by client. One year (renewable) contract. Rates and T&Cs to be discussed and agreed.
